Philips Consumer Electronics JR24CDRW (USB) Driver. This is the Windows 98SE (& higher) driver for the Philips Jack Rabbit (JR24CDRW) & (JR12CDRW). Philips websites states it for Windows 98SE and higher...no mention of support in Windows XP or Windows 2000, however it might so give it a try.
File Contents: File is self extracting to a default folder (C \JackRabbit-drvr) on your hard drive. After extracting file, plug in the Jack Rabbit to your usb port and Windows will notify of NEW HARDWARE FOUND... when it asks for the drivers just point to this folder.
There is a PDF file include which contains instructions for installing the driver as well. Also a JPG photo of the Jack Rabbit is included with the driver files. This driver should work equally well on the JR12CDRW.
Note Please insure your USB port is properly installed and working before connecting the Jack Rabbit Drive.
