This is a boot disk to format your system then to load a cd-rom driver. there are 6 drivers that you will have a choice from the menue after formating. I always choose option 'B' for toshiba. it works with 98% of all cd, cd-r, cd-rw, dvd. Just follow the directions. Easy stuff
