Above upload did not load completely , sorry ! You need t6his driver so that Windows 98 1/e recognizes the USB adapter Cable of this Liteon external CD-RW Burner ! All necessary files are there for you when you unzip . Additional iformation you don't need this if you have Windows Me , 2000 , XP the Windows default driver alraedy can recognize the USB adapetr cable included with this model of external/portable burner form Liteon . Enjoy !
