This program works with Win98 and 2000. Problem System does not recognize the CDRW and/or shows it in Other under System/Device Manager. Solution 1. Device Manager, remove the (Unknown or Other USB device). 2. Run the Uninstall.exe program, choose uninstall (not update). 3. Unplug the USB cable from the CDRW, then turn power off. 4.
