Don't know why my first post was missing the link or my message so here goes again
Save this file to your hard drive then put a 1.44 mb formatted floppy disk in drive A , double-click this saved file using Windows Explorer. Files will be written to the empty floppy. This is a self extracting file that will create the Windows 98SE boot floppy. Use the newly created boot disk to boot your machine with. During bootup select "boot with cd-rom support". This disk will enable about 99% of the ide/scsi cd-type drives (including dvd and cdr/cd-rw drives) on the market today. This is for the folks who have no os installed on their hard drive and are missing the Win 98SE boot disk and needing their drive to work (read) the Windows installation disk.
