Download file contains three zip files (CD-ROM and Sound Card installation files). Unzip CDR-H94A.zip to disk and install from DOS prompt (A \install A C ). This will create "c \CDROM" directory. After rebooting, unzip other two zip files to disks and run disk one setup file in Windows. Setup program is for sound card CD-ROM is connected to (make sure you use Panasonic slot). Sound card program will ask for MSCDEX.exe directory which is the c \cdrom directory created by first install. After sound card installation and rebooting my system finally recognized CD-ROM. Hope this works for you as well.
