I lost functionality of my CDRW 1622 when I upgraded to WinME. Memorex emailed back they do NOT support WinME with this product. HOWEVER, I found that if you do the Win98 repair operation I dug up from the site as follows Restore these files from a WIN98 CD winaspi.dll to c \windows\system wnaspi32.dll to c \windows\system apix.vxd to c \windows\system\iosubsys Reboot, and all should be fine. This will regain the operation of the Memorex CDRW 1622 in WinME. Enjoy!
