Unzip the file to a floppy and run IDE_DOS.EXE, this will install 3 files INSTALL.EXE,INSTALL.HLP and NEC_IDE.SYS, Now just run INSTALL.EXE and this will install a driver for any NEC IDE CD-ROM Device.
