Leo Leoptics CDD-1320 Driver. Found this leopt-cd.zip file on a FTP site "ftp.xpand.se" in the "/pub/drivers/cdrom/leoptics" folder as "leopt-cd.zip". Hope this will be of help to those that are looking for it. I have a Leoptics CDD-1320 CD-ROM drive but I haven't been able to try it, yet. Good Luck!
