this driver is located on the windows 98 cdrom. win98 directory base5.cab.

extract it. for config.sys file

usage device=oakcdrom.sys /D MSCD001

for autoexec.bat file

usage mscdex /D MSCD001

this is only good for CDROM reading.

once you get the operating system such as WIN95/98 installed you can disgard this driver but I would keep

it handy.
