Create a bootable floppy and add the enclosed utilty and the firmware file to the floppy. Boot the computer with this Asus DVD writer installed on it from the floppy and start the utilty file. When the sreen requests the firmware file, type in its name and press enter. Do not stop the process or turn off your computer until the process is finished. When the screen says the process is finished, remove the floppy and reboot. This upgrade adds more CD-ROM and DVD media to this DVD writer's bag of tricks.
