Model CRW1622 Only
Firmware upgrade to version D4.0
Self-extracting file for Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT. Extract these files to a floppy diskette or a temporary folder on your hard drive and follow the instructions in the Readme file.
This firmware upgrade will enhance the drives' compatibility with newer BIOS versions and fixes a problem that may occur when playing back CD's on the CRW-1622. It also removes the C1 pointer, allowing discs to be read on newer multiread Toshiba drives, and may help other drives read discs written with the CRW-1622
