Please follow the driver installation instructions on the User's Manual (page 5). Connect the CDWE54E to a USB connector on your system. When prompted for the location of the driver, please select "Specify a Location" and point to the "TEAC USB Driver" folder. The driver will install from this folder in your C \ drive. Once the driver is loaded, there is no need to re-start your system.

Please note that Windows will recognized the drive as a typical CD-ROM drive in "My Computer". You, then, need to install the Easy CD Creator version 4.01 (or higher) software that came with your TEAC kit for the drive to work as a Rewritable device.) Please download the compressed file 4X4X6W98.EXE (70kb) to your hard disk drive. When this file is executed, you will be prompted to select a folder to store the decompressed files we strongly recommend the default "TEAC USB Driver". Once you select the folder, click the Unzip button. Once the files have been decompressed, click the OK and Close buttons to close the Extracting Utility.
