SCM Micro Parallel to ATAPI adapter driver for Windows® 2000 and Windows® XP only. This adapter is used by the HP C4358a external CD-RW drive. The drive is only 2x/6x so it is as good as garbage? Don't throw this parallel port drive just yet. You can replace the drive with the latest IDE CD-RW drive. I have done this myself and it works like a charm. Now I have an external parallel port CD-RW drive that is 50x faster. E-mail me if you need instructions on how to replace the drive.
