This CDROM was built for IBM, and this file was downloaded from IBM many months ago. This CDR is removable to insert the floppy dr.

Put the floppy in the disk dr. and restart the pc, it will load the cdr driver.Remove floppy, restart. If you are using a IBM Thinkpad, open thinkpad features and make sure cdr is enabled. Found this by accident.
