this driver came with the cdr-w\dvd writer, and was on the installation cd.all i have done is to copy the files to a floppy,and this makes it easy to boot your pc after installation of your new cd-rw\dvd unit.hope this is of some use to you all who are after these files.good luck to all regards, mick
